Flesher's Fairview was founded on March 4, 1964 by Lyle and Aureta Flesher as a 42-bed rest home and expanded to 55 beds by 1974. On September 1, 1974, the second generation of family involvement took place when Roger and Judy Floren became the administrators of Flesher's Fairview Rest Home. During this time, the rest home was expanded to 64 beds.

Through progressive management and dedicated, professional employees, Flesher's Fairview Health Care Center became a reality when a Certificate of Need was granted in 1990. By 1991, the facility was completed with 106 nursing home beds and 14 rest home beds.

Roger and Judy Floren's three daughters represent the third generation of a family serving families. Cheri Mitchell is the Administrator, Susie Cole is the Director of Nursing and Lisa Dee is the Care Plan Coordinator. Our continuing endeavor is to serve resident and community by offering the highest quality of resident care.
